Course Outline
This course will provide participants with the skills to safely undertake manual handling tasks and reduce the risk of injury. The course is designed to prevent manual handling injuries through risk identification, risk assessment and primary control through job and task design as well as increase awareness and understanding of the complex nature of manual handling activities. Throughout the course participants will learn a variety of safe manual handling techniques that are suitable for each individual and workplace situation. All of our trainers come from a medical and/or safety background and have a depth of experience in a range of manual handling scenarios.
Participants who complete the course will be issued with a Certificate of Completion
