SALES & SERVICE COORDINATOR

ROLE PROFILE:

The Sales & Service Coordinator is responsible for managing the retail component of Eagle Training Services. A comprehensive range of first aid and safety items are available for purchase and the Sales & Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring high levels of customer service, stock maintenance and maintaining a professional retail operation.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Assisting customers with product information and prices
•    Actioning phone and email sales enquiries within a timely manner
•    Quoting jobs, finalising paperwork and following up quotes •    Inputting sales order information electronically •    Liaison with suppliers regarding stock availability and deliveries •    Analysing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning, including input into the development of sales targets
•    Promoting the retail arm of Eagle Training Services NT locally by liaising with media and the community, as well as organising special promotions and displays
•    Maintaining entire stock control and purchasing for the Company
•    Managing first aid kit restocking

SELECTION CRITERIA:

Essential
•    Current Northern Territory Class C Driver’s licence
•    Ability to maintain an NT drivers licence
•    Strong customer service focus with excellent interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic, committed work ethic
•    Well-developed oral and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with a variety of people of all levels
•    Proven ability to work with minimum supervision
•    Evidence of showing initiative, attention to detail and proven organisational skills
•    Experience in managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control
•    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting software

Desirable
•    Previous experience or knowledge of the training industry
•    Previous experience working in a sales, administration or retail related position
•    Knowledge and experience of first aid and/or safety equipment retail products
